The Founders Gold Membership pass has 5,000 NFTs and all will be available for sale to the public.
Both collections of the Genesis Project have a total of 8,760 NFTs each.

The preorder price for the Founders Gold Membership Pass NFT will be 5 eGLD. Its normal price will be 8 eGLD after the preorder period ends.
The preorder price for the DOMUS Silver Membership Pass NFT will be 1 eGLD. Its normal price will be 1.5 eGLD after the preorder period ends.
The preorder price for the TERRA Silver Membership Pass NFT will be 0.9 eGLD. Its normal price will be 1.3 eGLD after the preorder period ends.

In existing properties, no. If you are a TERRA Silver Membership Pass holder, you will have the opportunity to propose your ideas before the final blueprints are completed and the constrution of the new house begins.

As a Founder Gold Membership Pass holder, your only responcibility would be to vote on the various issues that may arise, but that is not mandatoty.
As a DOMUS or TERRA Silver Membership Pass holder, you will only need to pay for your annual subscription in DOMx tokens to receive the 100% discount on your accommodation, but that is not mandatory either.
Your true responcibilities would be to have fun and enjoy your stay and your profits.
Founders and eventually the co-Founders will own 50% of each property and they are the only ones who can initiate a voting process on this matter. If they vote yes, then you can sell the property.
No. DominusX can make a proposal to sell a property if we think it will be beneficial to the community but the Founders and co-Founders will have the final say through their votes.
Founders and co-Founders will own 100% of the governance.
All our properties will be fully covered by insurance and a private security company 24/7.
Each Founder for the first 9 years can sell their DOMx tokens at any price they wish so potentially they could earn from €0.22 up to €225,000 for every 1,000 DOMx they sell.
They are also getting rent revenues, interest revenues, dividends revenues, sales revenues and co-Founders NFTs airdrops.
Each DOMUS and TERRA Silver holder can benefit from the huge accommodation discounts 90% - 99.99% or they can sublet their stay days at full accommodation prices with a 100% profit margin making them up to €531 per day*.
They are also getting rent revenues, interest revenues, dividends revenues and sales revenues too.
